Tommy Jones Close to Releasing New Solo Album

Tommy Jones is almost ready to release another electronic jazz solo album. "This one is a little more organic with a little more fluidity to the funk", he said when asked to describe the new effort. "I tried to make this one a little more human sounding, while still utilizing the electronic synth sounds I've come to love". The last release, "The Midtown Album", marked a departure from the guitar driven rock that Tommy had produced on "100 Percent".

Digi-ONE is excited for this new release, the 5th album from Tommy Jones since joining Digi-ONE Records. Join the mailing list to be notified when it is released.

New Release From 'ere

The long awaited followup to "Get the White Out", entitled "Shh, Don't Tell Them It's Jazz", is finally finished and will be released this month. This album represents a new standard in excellence for Digi-ONE Records, both in musicianship and sound quality.

Digitally recorded in 24bit at 96,000 samples per second, the audio quality of this production is crystal clear. Plug it in your favorite audio system and hear every note. We are very proud of this release.

Musically, this album also shines. With the addition of the new drummer, Andy Hill, 'ere has elevated the complexity of the compositions without diminishing the raw energy of improvised jazz.
